1:1 Pilates
These sessions are solely focused on addressing whatever pain or movement restrictions you might be experiencing. Ideal for individuals who may not be able to make class times and want to build on their pilates exposure and experience.
During the initial assessment we ascertain a base level of movement and muscular endurance after completing a full subjective history. I focus on teaching the fundaments of pilates but have the added benefit of a Physiotherapy background, so I can work in conjunction with rehabbing any women’s health or MSK issues.
We are working towards a stronger body, head to toe to enable you to go about life without those annoying niggles.
