postnatal Pilates classes
why post natal pilates?
A friendly pilates class you can bring your baby to that’s lead by our Womens Health Physiotherapist.
These classes focus on rehabilitation, building strong foundations with the core and the breath. We want to increase confidence completing functional movements to enable you to go about life with your new baby feeling strong and content.
Classes are in small groups and babies are welcome to the sessions but we are unfortunately unable to provide childcare. All participants must have attended their postnatal/8 week check with their GP and filled in a pre class health questionnaire. Sessions are 45 minutes and booked in blocks of 8 weeks.
