Designed to help women develop a strong, balanced core and pelvic floor to build athletic strength and fitness.
Suitable whether you’re pregnant or postnatal, experiencing pelvic floor concerns, and intended for recreational exercisers from beginners through to elite athletes. Here are some of the ways we can work together, either online or in-person.
If you are:
Pregnant – I can help you maintain your core and pelvic-floor strength and function during your pregnancy while you continue training
Postnatal – I can help you retrain your core and pelvic floor to return to your sporting pursuits
Experiencing urinary incontinence, prolapse and other pelvic-floor dysfunction – I can help you to lessen/resolve your symptoms so you can return to a more active lifestyle.
Founder and director of The FIT Movement
Founder and director of the The FIT Movement mum-of-one and always up for a new physical challenge. Since 2014 Wendy has dedicated her practice to working with pregnant, postnatal and peri- to post-menopausal women. Her purpose is to help women become curious about their health and to learn how to look after their bodies through education, better movement and good nutrition.
Hybrid training (online program + 1 hr per month in person) starts from £97 pcm.
Core and pelvic-core program £65 pcm (online program and 30 mins either online via Zoom or in person)
