A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries. It will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after childbirth. We will assess and provide you with gentle exercises and treatment to help with your recovery – and get you back on track with your fitness goals. This is a postnatal check for all women whether you gave birth eight weeks ago or eight years ago. If you are still feeling the effects or experiencing symptoms it’s important to be assessed. Often the six week postpartum GP check up is very brief and many questions go unanswered, this is your opportunity to have your questions answered.
