Victoria is a senior Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in Women’s health. Victoria’s own pregnancy inspired her to find out more about the specialist services available and to gain a clinical understanding of her own pre and post-natal journey she became a member of the special interest group POGP (Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy). Victoria sustained a 3b tear during her labour and discovered first hand there was little to no support locally. Eager to return back to high impact activity, specifically Crossfit she started a blog to educate and support women through their post and pre natal journey – The Postpartum Physio.

Victoria attended POGP accredited courses and The Mummy MOT course in Chelsea and Westminster and completed the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute matwork levels 1-3 . Passionate to influence change and provide local support to help women when they need it most, at all stages of their lives. Victoria’s mission is to take the most up to date, relevant research and best practice and assess, advise and treat all aspects of women’s health so you can get back to doing what you enjoy!
