Sam Cooke
Sam is a fully qualified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach with experience in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, functional fitness, gymnastics and boot camp classes. Sam is passionate about the gold standard in preventative health: Exercise! He blends his experience of more traditional exercise coaching with his own practice of ‘movement’. This has included gymnastics, parkour, yoga, calisthenics, rock climbing, crossfit as well as good old fashion gym-based training.
