Your journey to pain-free, efficient running starts here.

During your Initial Assessment, we take a deep dive into your running health to understand your movement, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Your appointment includes:

A detailed history of your running background, training load, and any past or current injuries.

A full movement screen and range of motion testing — assessing hip, hamstring, ankle, and thoracic mobility.

Strength assessments targeting the key muscles that power your running stride.

Advanced RunEasi gait analysis technology to capture objective data on your running efficiency, loading patterns, and movement symmetry.

Expert visual gait observations to provide additional context and clarity.

A collaborative discussion around your running goals and upcoming events, ensuring your plan aligns with your personal milestones.

At the end of the session, you’ll receive a clear, personalised plan — your roadmap for the next 3–4 months. This may include strength and conditioning, manual therapy, gait retraining, and ongoing monitoring to help you make measurable, long-term improvements in your performance and comfort.

Follow-Up Appointment

Follow-up sessions are where progress happens. With your assessment complete and goals in place, these sessions are designed to build on your foundation — refining your technique, strength, and efficiency so you can keep running pain-free and performing at your best.

Your therapist will:

Review your progress and adapt your plan to keep you on track.

Refine and progress your strength and conditioning exercises.

Integrate gait re-training to improve running form and efficiency.

Reassess key RunEasi gait analysis metrics to provide fresh, objective feedback.

Offer targeted manual therapy or mobility work to support recovery and performance.

Provide expert guidance, advice, and motivation to keep your training consistent and purposeful.

These sessions form the core of your runners programme — typically 5–6 appointments over 3–4 months — helping you stay accountable, overcome challenges, and achieve measurable results.
